Renowned actor Muneeb Butt has demanded a general election in view of ballooning inflation in the country.
Reacting to the whopping hike in petrol prices, Muneeb Butt went on to say that "People are standing in long queues to fill their tanks instead of protesting."
"I have said before that no one will trust or invest in this weak 13-party coalition government," the actor said.
He demanded that "For God's sake save Pakistan and call general elections".
It may be recalled that the prices of petroleum (POL) products have been hiked for the third time after which petrol has gone up by Rs24 and diesel by Rs59 per litre.‘
