A 27-year-old deaf and dumb man was killed after he was run over by a train at Kanganpur in Kasur on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, Fareed Express, heading from Karachi to Lahore, was passing through Kanganpur at 10:30 in the morning when Muhammad Amjad, a resident of a suburban village of Kanganpur, Tangrian, who was walking on a track, could not hear the sound of the approaching train and was eventually run over by it.
As soon as they learnt about the incident, his family members as well as other residents of the village rushed to the spot and took his body to the village for the burial.
