Reality TV personality and Tamasha Season 3 winner Saif Ali Khan has spoken out in support of Pakistani cricket star Babar Azam, urging fans and commentators to draw a line between criticism and disrespect.
Taking to Instagram, Saif shared a message defending the former Pakistan captain after controversial remarks made by television host Adnan Faisal during a Ramadan transmission.
“Criticism is part of sports, but disrespect is not,” Saif wrote in his story. “Babar Azam is still the biggest superstar Pakistan cricket has produced in recent years. A bad patch can happen to any great player, but it can never erase the records and pride he has given to the country.”
