Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi Wednesday gave a 100 per cent guarantee that no innocent person will be arrested in reference to the May 9 tragedy.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, talking to media persons during his visit to Faisalabad on Wednesday, he assured that only those responsible for the May 9 tragedy will be brought to justice.
In replying to queries related to establishing the army courts, CM Naqvi categorically said that no separate courts are being established in the country because the Army has its own law, and will take action under its law as per the act.
Punjab CM Naqvi also said that no exemption will be given to those responsible for mischief in the country on May 9.

The Chief Minister of Punjab said that the army has its own law and no one interferes. If someone attacks an army building, the army will act according to the law, he added.
CM Punjab further said that being a caretaker government, they cannot release all the funds.
He also made a promise to the people of Faisalabad that he promised the martyr's father that this square has been desecrated, and now this square will soon become a memorial square of Pakistan.
