A colourful one-day bull racing competition filled with traditional cultural spirit was organised in the village of Wasti Jeevan Shah near Ubauro, where powerful bulls from different areas competed in front of enthusiastic crowds.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the event attracted bull owners from several parts of Sindh, who brought their specially trained and high-breed bulls to participate in the traditional contest.
Large numbers of local residents gathered to watch the races, while the atmosphere remained lively and energetic throughout the programme.
During different rounds of the competition, the bulls displayed impressive speed and strength, drawing loud cheers and applause from spectators.
The winning bull owners were awarded cash prizes along with traditional Sindhi ajraks in recognition of their success.
Participants in the competition said bull racing was not merely a sport but an important part of Sindh’s cultural heritage and traditions.
They stressed that preserving such activities was essential for keeping local customs alive for future generations.
Residents of the area also called on the Sindh government to continue organising similar fairs and traditional sporting events on a regular basis to promote rural culture and help younger generations remain connected to their heritage.
