Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a new project aimed at offering greater flexibility and convenience to passengers travelling on selected international routes.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the airline has launched a new ticketing system that allows travellers to choose packages according to their travel needs and preferences.
In the first phase, the facility has been introduced for flights operating from Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates and Baku.
Under the new initiative, passengers have been provided with three ticket options named 'Light', 'Smart' and 'Freedom' packages. The airline said the packages are designed to offer varying levels of flexibility and additional services.
The newly introduced packages include facilities such as free ticket changes, refund options, seat adjustments and loyalty points for travellers.
Officials said the project is part of the airline’s broader efforts to improve customer experience and provide passengers with more control over their travel arrangements.
