Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, along with Inspector General Major General Bilal Sarfraz Khan, on Wednesday visited Frontier Corps Headquarters South in Turbat and attended the funeral prayers of martyred Captain Waqar Ahmad and four other jawans, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Wednesday.
On the occasion, the interior minister paid glowing tributes to the sacrifice rendered by Captain Waqar, Naik Asmatullah, Lance Naik Junaid Ahmad, Khan Mohammad, and Sepoy Mohammad Zahoor.
Mohsin Naqvi and Inspector-General Frontier Corps Major General Bilal Sarfraz prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to the martyrs' families to bear this loss with fortitude and courage.
He said that the bravery and courage shown by the martyrs will be remembered forever.
Later, the interior minister and IG FC South give their support to the martyr's body.
