Fans express concern over Wasim Akram’s health as he appears weaker

Pakistan's legendary pacer Wasim Akram took to his Instagram and shared a picture of himself with some of the social user’s comments about his health.

The fans of the fast bowler and commentator were seen quite worried about his physical health as he was seen a bit weaker than before.

The comments read:

“You are losing too much weight”.

“You are getting skinny, are you alright?”.

“Kafi weak hogaye hain”

Earlier, the 57-year-old cricketer shared his morning routine and insight into his lifestyle and diet behind his fitness even after so many years after retirement from the game.

"I woke up at 6:30 am, had six units of insulin, drank coffee, and then went for a morning walk", he said.

Revealing that he walked for around 8.5 kilometres, after dropping his daughter at school.

Akram moved on to his breakfast, he said, “My beautiful wife Shaniera made me this low-fat yogurt coupled with fruits such as Bananas, blueberries, muesli, and raisins and nuts which he called hilariously, (Chirya da khana-bird food).”

"After this breakfast, I'll have a lot more energy and I will go to the gym then”, he added.

Addressing his followers from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, Akram said they might notice him not having nihari and naan (flatbread) as he doesn't consume such a diet.

"I don't eat that. This is my breakfast and the healthiest one", he noted.

He also urged them to refrain from heavy breakfasts.

Wasim Akram has been fighting with Diabetes for 25 years and still maintained dedication towards his health and fitness.

He is currently living in Melbourne with his wife Shaniera and two children.

Recently, he shared some pictures of himself that might be captured on Eid and he looks weaker than before.
