Groom succumbs to heart attack during 'Doodh Pilai' ritual in Sialkot

A groom lost his life during a wedding ritual of 'Doodh Pilai' in Sialkot, 24News HD TV channel reported on Monday.
According to the detail, the groom named Naeem breathed his last while performing the ‘Doodh Pilai’ ritual of his wedding in a marriage hall.
The reason for the groom’s demise was a heart attack.
Groom Naeem was a resident of village Aduki located in the city Pasrur of district Sialkot.
After his poor health condition, the groom was rushed to the local hospital but unfortunately, he died before reaching the hospital.
The news of the groom’s death shocked the guests present in the marriage hall whereas the procession carrying the bride returned with the dead body of the groom.
According to the Station House Officer (SHO) Basra Police Station, the family has refused to take any legal action.
