The Sindh government on Friday announced an increase of Rs200 in the wheat support price, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A notification has also been issued in this regard after approval of the Sindh cabinet according to which the minimum wheat support price is now Rs2,200 per 40kg.
It is to be noted here that the minimum wheat support price was Rs2,000 per 40kg during the previous season.
