Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz's nominee for Punjab Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz Sharif has issued a stern warning against those who incite the bureaucracy to break the law, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Sunday.

 In a statement, she feared that such threats to bureaucracy are meant to create chaos in the state system, which could lead to disaster.

Maryam urged the officers to perform their duties according to the law and not to be intimidated or harassed by threats.

She also assured that the security of the officers will be ensured and that anyone who threatens their security will be dealt with iron hands.
