Three girls were killed while three others got serious injuries over a property dispute in Sargodha’s Saddar police station limits on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to a press release issued by DPO office, the triple murder incident took place in Chak No 103 NB, where three women were killed and three others were injured allegedly by their parental uncle and his sons over property dispute.
District Police Officer (DPO) Sargodha Sohaib Ashraf reached the crime scene, accompanied by forensic teams, to oversee the investigation.
The deceased were identified as Qamar Batool, Alishba, and Maryam, while the injured women include Nimra, Mafiha, and Zainab. The injured were promptly shifted to hospital for treatment. Police officials assured that all aspects of the case are being thoroughly investigated. After the killings, the suspects fled the scene. Police have initiated legal proceedings.
