The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) raided fake medicine factory and seized medicine worth millions of rupees in Ahsanabad in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to Deputy Director FIA Ali Mardan, modern machinery also seized with fake medicine during raid.
Life-saving and sedative medicines were being manufactured in the factory.
The factory had been running for several months.
The owners have fled and raids are being conducted to arrest them. The factory manager and supervisor have been taken into custody.
