An Islamabad Civil Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi for non-appearance in a case for making misleading allegations against state institutions and tarnishing their reputation, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The court ordered Sohail Afridi to be arrested and produced in the court. Senior Civil Judge Abbas Shah heard case against Sohail Afridi.
Court adjourns further hearing of case till June 29. NCCIA has registered a case against Sohail Afridi under PECA Act.
