The Punjab Government has announced a five-day holiday schedule for its employees on the occasion of Eid, according to an official notification issued on Wednesday.
As per the notification, Eid holidays will commence from tomorrow (Thursday), allowing government employees an extended break to celebrate the festival.
The total number of holidays will be five, which includes Sunday and March 23, a public holiday observed nationwide.
The extended holidays are expected to provide additional time for travel and family gatherings during the Eid festivities.
