PM Shehbaz, Chinese envoy discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong in Islamabad on Monday, where both sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to further deepen cooperation between Pakistan and China.

During the meeting, matters related to the longstanding Pakistan-China partnership were reviewed in detail, with a particular focus on expanding mutual cooperation across various sectors.

Both sides discussed avenues to further enhance collaboration in trade, investment, development, and other fields of shared interest. The meeting also emphasized the importance of maintaining strong diplomatic coordination and strategic engagement between the two countries.

Prime Minister Sharif and the Chinese envoy reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening Pakistan-China relations, expressing satisfaction over the existing level of cooperation and agreeing to continue efforts for further expansion of bilateral ties.
