A man breathed his last, and another seriously injured when wild boars attacked them in Azad Kashmir on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The incident took place in Chikar tehsil of Hattian Balla district, Jhelum.
The deceased was later identified as Mohammad Rafiq Jan, while Mohammad Akram received critical injuries.
After the attack, panic and horror gripped the area due to the presence of wild boars.
Later, citizens staged a protest rally against the wildlife department and local administration. They demanded that the government take immediate measures against wild animals.
