Prime Minister Imran Khan will pay a day-long visit to Afghanistan on Thursday (today) to discuss a string of issues with President Ashraf Ghani aimed at bolstering the bilateral ties, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Confirming the visit, Pakistan’s Ambassador in Kabul Mansoor Ahmad Khan, in a tweet, said Prime Minister Imran Khan will hold talks with President Ashraf Ghani Thursday.

According to sources, key ministers will also travel to Kabul with Prime Minister Imran Khan. The visit will also lay focus on cooperation between the two sides for taking forward the Afghan reconciliation process.
The detailed talks will be held on issues including security, trade, political, economic, border management and cross-border issues.
