Pakistan practice at Chinnaswamy stadium without six members

The Pakistan squad Thursday practiced at Chinnaswamy stadium in the evening with six of their members missing.

Shaheen Shah Afridi, Abdullah Shafique, Mohammad Rizwan, Agha Salman, Mohammad Haris (reserve) and Zaman Khan (reserve) all missed the training session due to different kind of health and fitness issues.

Reportedly, Pakistan team players have been struck by virus and were suffering from chest infection and fever after the team arrived in Bengaluru for their fouth game of the World Cup.

Shaheen even has to undergo treatment at a hospital for the chest infection.

But team officail said they expect most of them to be fit for the Australia game.

Pakistan have won two of their three matches but lost a high-profile game against arch-rivals India in Ahmedabad on Saturday.
