Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in reaction to Afghanistan's withdrawal from tri-nation T20 series said the series in Pakistan will be held as per schedule, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to PCB spokesperson, option of the third team's inclusion in the series is under consideration. Third team in tri-nation T20 series will be decided soon.
Tri-nation series T20 tournament in Pakistan is scheduled from November 17 to 29.
Teams from Pakistan and Sri Lanka are included in the tri-nation series.
Earlier, Afghanistan pulled out of the tri-nation series with Pakistan and Sri Lanka next month.
