The Federal Constitutional Court (FSC) has announced that there will be no judicial proceedings on April 20, according to an official notification issued by the court administration on Sunday.

The notification stated that the cause list scheduled for Monday has been cancelled. The decision to suspend judicial work was taken on the orders of the FSC chief justice.

Despite the suspension of court proceedings, administrative operations will continue. Court staff have been directed to work from home, while all four registries of the court will remain open to facilitate judicial and administrative matters.

The court clarified that the registries will ensure continuity of essential functions, even as formal hearings remain suspended for the day.
