Former Pakistan women’s cricket captain Bismah Maroof has announced the arrival of a new member in her family, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday. 

Sharing her joy on social media, she posted a picture of her baby daughter Fatima’s feet, writing, “Alhamdulillah, our family has grown from three to four.”

Bismah Maroof expressed that her heart is filled with gratitude and happiness at the arrival of Fatima’s younger brother.

Bismah Maroof, who retired from international cricket last year, holds a national record of representing Pakistan in 276 international matches.

She scored 6,262 runs and took 80 wickets in her illustrious career.

At the time of her retirement, she said, “I am bidding farewell to cricket, the game I love dearly.

 This journey has been memorable, and these memories will always stay with me.”
