The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday released its first duty roster of judges following the removal of former Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, outlining the composition of benches for December 22 and 23, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.

According to the roster, three division benches and six single benches will be available at the Islamabad High Court next week.

The division bench headed by senior-most judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has once again been abolished.

The roster stated that Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro will not be available for court proceedings next week. The first division bench will comprise Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan.

The special division bench consisting of Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz will continue next week; however, this bench will hear only tax-related cases, according to the duty roster.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Inam Amin Minhas have been included in the third division bench.

The Islamabad High Court will observe its winter vacation starting December 24, the roster added.
