The Mutahidda Qaumi Movement-P has not decided on the matter of participation in the by-elections, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.
Senior party leader Nasreen Jalil presided over the meeting to take up the ongoing political situation and its strategy for the by-election.
The meeting made the decision to show its strength in Karachi and Hyderabad in the upcoming days.
The participants also prayed for the departed souls of soldiers and expressed solidarity with the families of martyrs.
