Four disabled persons who were stranded in floodwater were rescued safely in Mianwali city on Saturday, reported. 24NewsHDTV channel.
Soon after receiving the report, Deputy Commissioner Javed Goraya and District Police Officer (DPO) Captain ® Ajmal Kharal rushed to the spot along with rescue teams.
Both officials personally supervised the rescue operation and shifted the disabled persons to safer area.

Assistant Commissioner Esa Khel Ghulam Murtaza, District Emergency Officer (DEO) Engineer Naveed Iqbal was also accompanied by the team.
It is necessary to mention here that Deputy Commissioner Javed Goraya, along with relevant officials of district administration, is active in the field and paying regular visits to Tari Khel, Moch, Mari, Kalabagh, Cheenapura, Qamar Mishani, Daraz Khel to supervise rescue and relief measures in the rain-affected areas.
