A freight train derailed near Tando Adam’s Wahab Shah Railway Station which disrupted rail operations on Sunday. Several bogies of the freight train went off the tracks with some crossing onto the adjacent railway line.
The incident forced the closure of both the up and down tracks affecting train movement in both directions. Railway technical teams reached the site and relief work was underway to clear the tracks and resume traffic.
