The Meteorological department said that the weather will remain hot and dry in most parts of the country on Monday, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
Islamabad, northern Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northeastern Balochistan and Kashmir are likely to experience showers accompanied by strong winds and thunder.
The Met Department stated that the weather in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Monday will remain hot and dry in some areas while others will get heavy rain showers accompanied by storms.
Major districts of Punjab will receive scorching heat while some areas like Murree, Galyat, Potohar, Lahore, Mianwali and Bhakkar might get rain showers accompanied by thunder and wind storms.
Some areas of Balochistan will also experience extremely hot and dry weather but districts including Khuzdar, Kalat, Barkhan, Quetta and Ziarat will receive rain showers with wind storms.
The weather in Sindh, however will remain hot and dry. In some major districts including Sukkur, Larkana and its suburbs, wind storms are expected.
In Gilgit Baltistan, the weather will remain dry and cloudy while rain showers with strong winds are expected in Kashmir.
