A man was shot dead in broad daylight by unidentified gunmen in the village of Mirza near Sabri Masjid, Attock, on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The deceased was identified as Ibbadat, aged 44. According to police, the incident appears to be the result of an old rivalry.
As soon as the report was received, Rescue 1122 and police teams swiftly arrived at the scene and transferred Ibbadat’s body to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Attock for autopsy.
Local police have registered a case and launched a full-scale investigation to trace the culprits.
