A truck, after breaking safety barriers, got stuck at the Campus Underpass in Lahore, severely affecting the flow of traffic from Jinnah Hospital to Ferozepur Road, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
A spokesman of the Traffic Police said that the truck was removed after four hours of hectic efforts.
The driver of the truck escaped from the scene, leaving the vehicle at the underpass.
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi took notice of the incident and directed stern action against the driver.
