Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi has reacted to PPP chairperson Bilawal's statement, calling it ‘very irrational’.
“In my opinion, Bilawal's statement is very irrational. We should be worried,” he said.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari threatened not to let the moot of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) meeting if National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser does not convene the session.
The foreing minister said the government will go for legal option to fight off no-confidence motion.
He continued: “No parliamentarian will be barred from voting. We will not go for use of force We will go for discourse. We will try to convince the members.
“If you have enough numbers then why are you panicked. Fixing the the date is the speaker's prerogative.”
The FM said he sent letter to his counterparts on September 27 for the upcoming summit and the guest started coming.
“As Foreign Minister, I want to tell the nation that India wants to sabotage this conference. I hope Bilawal will not be part of India's agenda,” he said
He claimed that there is no unity among the opposiotion parties and they have jointed hands just for ousting Imran khan
He claimed cracks in PML-N saying one group is backing no-confidence motion and the other is against it.
