Pakistan Railways has announced three special Eid trains to accommodate the surge in passengers travelling for Eidul Fitr celebrations.
According to railway officials, two trains will operate from Karachi to Lahore, while one will run between Karachi and Rawalpindi.
The first special train will depart from Karachi Cantt Station to Lahore on March 26 at 1:00 pm.
The second train will leave from Karachi City Station to Rawalpindi on March 27 at 8:30 pm.
The third train will depart from Karachi Cantt Station to Lahore on March 28 at 9:00 pm.
The initiative aims to ease travel difficulties for passengers heading to their hometowns during the busy holiday season.
