Pakistan has strongly condemned the recent drone attacks targeting Saudi Arabia, describing them as a serious violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
In a statement issued on Monday, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the drone attacks were an attempt to further undermine peace and stability in the region.
The Foreign Office spokesperson expressed Pakistan’s full solidarity with the government and people of the brotherly country Saudi Arabia during the difficult situation.
“Pakistan reiterates its full support to Saudi Arabia at this critical time,” the spokesperson stated, emphasizing Islamabad’s commitment to regional peace and security.
The statement further reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the security, peace and prosperity of Saudi Arabia, highlighting the close and longstanding ties between the two countries.
Pakistan also stressed the importance of maintaining stability in the Middle East and called for collective efforts to prevent actions that could escalate tensions in the region.
The two countries share strong diplomatic, economic and defense relations, and Pakistan has repeatedly voiced support for Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and security in the face of regional threats.
The Foreign Office reiterated that Pakistan stands firmly with Saudi Arabia against any action that threatens its national security or regional stability.
