Two women and two children were killed when the roof of an under-construction house caved in on Sargodha Road in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Rescue sources informed that the roof of an under-construction house collapsed in Chak 7, Faisalabad killing two women and two children. Five other people including three kids sustained injuries.

Among the deceased included Shumaila (28), Ayesha (24), Ume Habib (7) and Zamir (3).

Rescue sources said that the dead bodies were handed over to the heirs and injured were shifted to the hospital.

On Sunday, five children were killed and three hurt in a roof collapse incident in Shujabad, Lodhran. According to the rescue sources, the roof of a house situated near Sikandari Adda on Shujabad Road, Lodhran was collapsed, killing five children and inuring another three.
