The attacker youth initially tried to get vaccination first to other people standing in the Que. When he failed, started a quarrel with the security guard and slapped him.
Karachi police tried to reconcile between them but he left for a while and then again appeared with his personal security guards at the camp. There he started torturing the camp’s security guard for refusing to give him a favour.
