With an increase of Rs1,600 per tola in a single day, the gold prices skyrocketed in Pakistan and reached Rs110,800 at the closing time of the trading on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The price of 10-gram gold with an increase of Rs1,372 reached Rs94,993 while of 22-carat gold reached Rs87,077 per 10 grams.

In the international market, the gold price increased by $30 per ounce.
