Unidentified miscreants set ablaze Khan Shar Primary School in Workshop area of Sanghar in the wee hours of Sunday.

The fire reduced the entire furniture, record and other valuables to ashes in the school.

Local residents put off the fire on self-help basis.

People expressed their anger against the incident and demanded the police to track down the culprits and bring them to justice.

They termed the incident an attempt to ruin the ever-shrinking education resources and deprive the local children of education.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident with no clue or arrest till filing of this report.
