The Sialkot Airport manager has written a letter to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) high-ups after he found that the ANF staff remained absent for the last few days, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

In the letter to the ANF top brass, the airport manager said that the ANF staffers were late for 38 minutes at the time of Air Arabia flight as the 34 passengers waited for their luggage to be screened.

He also said even after the complaint on January 30 the ANF staff remained absent on February 1 at the time of flight PK-9755. The manager urged the officials to deal with the negligence of the staff.

Sialkot Airport is the first privately owned public airport in Pakistan built by the business community of the city.
