A man stabbed to death two including his brother’s wife for honour in Miranshah on Tuesday. Police arrested the accused with murder weapon.

According to details, the incident took place in village Lolli of tehsil Ghulam Khan some 25 kilometer from Miranshah, the district headquarter of North Waziristan where accused stabbed a man present outside his residence with sharp edged weapon and later went inside house also stabbed wife of elder brother.

The deceased woman was aged 30-year, mother of two girls and also eight-month pregnant.

On the directives of IGP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr Sanaullah Abbasi, DPO Shafiullah Gandapur constituted a special team which along with heavy contingent of police conducted raid and arrested the culprit with murder weapon.

The bodies were shifted to DHQ Hospital Miranshah where they were handed over to heirs after postmortem and the police after registering a case against the murderer have started an investigation.
