Islamabad Police have taken arrested opposition leader Sheikh Rashid Ahmed to Polyclinic Hospital for a medical examination, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.

Islamabad Police got the blood and urine samples of Sh Rashid and will send these samples for forensic tests in an official.

According to the sources, forensic tests conducted by a private lab are not admissible in court.

That’s why the police is sending the samples of Sheikh Rashid Ahmed to an official forensic lab in Islamabad.

The Islamabad Police will receive the reports within the next 72 hours.

If the Islamabad police take the matter seriously, the reports may be received before the due date.
