Astonishing revelations were made by the young TikTokers who shot dead a man who was father of six and the sole breadwinner in the family of Khairpur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The dare-devil acts performed by social media users for the sake of getting their video clips popular are increasingly becoming horrific urgently requiring a reality check.

The teenaged boys who are students of grades 8, 9 and 10 in a video statement on Sunday confessed that they killed a passerby while making a video for the TikTok app in Karachi.

In his video statement, accused Saeed said he studied in class 8 while Fazil studied in grade 9, Ali in grade 10 and Ismail, aged 17, had done his matriculation.

Saeed went on to say that all four of them were riding on two motorcycles. He said he was sitting behind Ali and Ismail was sitting behind Fazil. Ismail was making video while holding a gun. He opened fire and bullet hit the uncle. He said they got scared and sped towards homes.

Accused Fazil said that he was making video in order to get more views on the social media. But they got afraid and deleted all videos. He said that the gun belonged to him but he gave it to Ismail. He stated when Ismail fired the bullet, its shell hit him.

Police said slain Qamar Raza came from Khairpur to Karachi to attend the Qul of his deceased sister. He was father of six children and was the only earning member of the family.

Police further revealed that the gun recovered from the kids was unregistered, adding that such types of weapons were being used by target killers. They said that they also recovered a 30-bore shell from the crime scene.

The law enforcers said that they had obtained CCTV footages of six different places. The kids came to eat Biryani and after having it, they indulged in making videos.

Police said the kids first passed the crime scene without doing anything. But they rode back and then shot dead Qamar Raza.

Police assured they would nab two other accused very soon.
