Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman Saturday shifted to the hospital when his health deteriorated, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of JUI-F, attended a medical examination at Ittefaq Hospital since his health had gotten worse.

On the instructions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Maulana Fazlur Rehman was admitted to Lahore Ittefaq Hospital.

PM Shehbaz Sharif paid a visit to Ittefaq Hospital and inquired about the JUI-F chief's health.

He gave Fazlur Rehman a bouquet and expressed his best wishes for Maulana’s good health. 

According to sources, Maulana Fazlur Rehman would remain in the hospital for one week, while the necessary steps of Maulana Fazlur Rehman have been completed.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman was instructed by doctors to take total rest.
