After petrol, diesel and LPG, the CNG has also become more expensive as the prices of CNG goes upto Rs15 per kg, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Saturday.

According to CNG Association in Punjab and Sindh, the prices of all CNGs running on imported RLNG have gone up immediately, while in Sindh province the increase is Rs.15 per kg. In Punjab province, the increase is Rs8 per kg.

Ghias Paracha has said that this increase in prices is the result of increase in sales tax and expensive buying in the spot-market and due to the rise in the value of the dollar.

“We demand from the government that like petrol and LPG, the sales tax on LNG imports should be reduced immediately and the fuel of the poor should be made cheaper,” Ghias Paracha said.
