Bilawal, Mengal take up political issues

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Balochistan National Party (BNP) chief Akhtar Mengal had a telephonic conversation on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Both the leaders discussed the political situation prevailing in the country and vowed to continue their cooperation for the protection of human rights and the strengthening of democracy and democratic institutions in the country.

Bilawal Bhutto remarked that the PTI government’s tactics to resort to political victimization through the NAB are now unbearable.

He also assailed the federal government for not providing timely assistance to the rain-affected people of Balochistan, who need special attention from the authorities after the recent devastating rains and floods.
