The session court in Lahore was saved from a disaster after a hand-grenade was seized from outside the building on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The hand-grenade was placed on a motorcycle when it was spotted and seized.

The news reports sent shockwaves among the litigants present inside the session court. 

A large contingent of police rushed to the session court and took positions to boost the security.

A police team led by Inspector Mubashir Awan seized the hand-grenade.
