Reality television personality and former Playboy model Ariane Bellamar has passed away at the age of 46, reportedly due to a heart attack.
Her ex-husband, Tanner Slaught, revealed on a GoFundMe page that Bellamar suffered a fatal cardiac event in December 2024. However, news of her passing only gained widespread attention in February 2025.
According to reports, the Nevada Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner confirmed that a report was filed regarding her death but stated that they did not have jurisdiction over the case.
Bellamar, who was born in Florida and raised in Toronto, first gained recognition as a Playboy model before transitioning into television and film.
She appeared on reality shows such as The Millionaire Matchmaker and Beverly Hills Nannies, and had minor roles in films like Suicide Squad and The Hangover Part III. She was also an extra on the hit HBO series Entourage.
In 2017, Bellamar made headlines when she accused Entourage actor Jeremy Piven of sexual misconduct, alleging inappropriate behaviour on set and at the Playboy Mansion. Piven denied the allegations at the time.
Following news of her passing, fans expressed their condolences on social media. Many shared messages of grief, with some highlighting the importance of heart health awareness, particularly among women.
"Very sad. Many women do not recognize the signs of a heart attack," one user wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Another commented, "She was so young," while others simply wished her peace.
Bellamar’s death serves as a reminder of the often-overlooked risks of heart disease, especially among younger women.
