Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) issued a notification for the transfer and posting of the following officials of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) with immediate effect and until further orders, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
Details are as follows:
1. Irfan Javed transferred and posted as Chief International Customs, Federal Board of Revenue in BS-20.
2. Saeed Wattoo was transferred and posted as Collector Appraisement with an additional charge of the Collectorate of Customs Export Port Mohammad Bin Qasim (PMBQ) Karachi.
3. Moeenuddin Ahmad Wani, transferred and posted as Collector Appraisement East Karachi.
4. Umar Shafiq posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in BS-20.
5. Ahmad Afan posted as Collector, New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA) in BS-19.
The FBR stated that officers currently drawing performance allowances will continue to do so in their new postings.
The board also instructed all officers to promptly submit charge relinquishment and assumption reports to FBR for record-keeping and further administrative actions.
