The federal government on Friday issued orders for posting and transfer of officers serving in various public sector institutions.
According to the notifications issued by the Establishment Division, Dr Ghazal Afzal, a woman medical officer of the Sindh Health Department, has been transferred and posted Medical Officer at WAPDA Hospital in Rawalpindi.
Meanwhile, the services of Ali Afzal, Chief Postmaster at Saddar GPO in Karachi, have been handed over to the Sindh government.
Muhammad Sabir, Assistant Audit Officer at the Military Accounts Training Institute, CMA Complex, Lahore, has been transferred and posted Assistant Director Accounts at the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency, Islamabad.
In addition, Muhammad Ibrahim, Assistant Director at the Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications, Islamabad, has been transferred and posted District Manager in the Public Primary Health Initiative.
Furthermore, the deputation period of Assistant Professor Jahan Ara of the Federal Directorate of Education (Centre and Garrison) has been extended for an additional two years.
The notification also stated that Joint Secretary Cabinet Division Tahir Mahmood Qureshi will retire on June 24, 2026. Additionally, Amina, who is awaiting appointment, is also scheduled to retire on the same date.
Shuja Section Officers have also been appointed to the Cabinet Division as part of the latest administrative reshuffle.
