Sharmila Faruqi's mother Anisa Faruqi lately attended actress Saboor Aly's wedding function during which Nadia got the chance to capture a video with her which Sharmila has claimed is Nadia's attempt to attain cheap publicity.
During the video clip, Nadia has been spotted asking Anisa regarding who taught her such promising makeup techniques to which the mother responded: "Sharmila."
Soon after, Nadia commented on Anisa's dressing and jewellery being quite absorbing and up-to-date and the lady always managing to make an effort to which the Sharmila's mum stated that she always had a liking for dressing up since she was young.
Sharmila Faruqi has now decided to take legal action against Nadia Khan.
Sharmila has lately expressed her stance regarding the incident, she stated: "I inboxed [Nadia] and said it is very shameless of you to do this.”
To which Nadia, according to Sharmila, responded: “There is nothing wrong in this. I have not asked anything wrong and I have not done anything wrong. Stop using harsh words with me.”
Sharmila further said: “She is shameless and heartless and it’s very very unfortunate. I have a lot of respect for people in showbiz, they work really hard. My mother was at Saboor Aly’s wedding. She [Anisa] is trying to survive without her husband. You [Nadia] don’t have anything else to do so you want to get publicity and ratings by making such videos."
Sharmila concluded with: “I’m taking this to the head of cybercrime. I’m going to write them officially today and I’m going to take it to every forum. This is not how things are done. You cannot use women or anyone else or even men to ridicule them, just for the sake of your own publicity, and free publicity. I as a woman, as a mother as a daughter will not tolerate this.”
Previously, renowned host Nadia Khan had featured a personal fight which occurred between Pakistani actress Noor and her ex husband which led to the Dubai Government banning her show.
