Pakistan reported 592 new coronavirus cases along with no new virus-related deaths during the last 24 hours (Sunday), showed the data released by the National Institute of Health Pakistan on Wednesday morning.
According to the statistics released by the NIH, after seven more coronavirus-related deaths, the death reached 30,452, which represents a ratio of 2.0 percent.
The positivity ratio of the coronavirus cases in Pakistan reached 2.78 percent, as 459 new coronavirus cases emerged in the last 24 hours after conducting 21,264 tests. It takes the total cases tally to 1,547,795.

The number of active patients is 9,673 with 174 patients in critical condition.
There were 532 more recoveries recorded in the last 24 hours as the number of total recovered cases reached 1,507,670 with a 97.4% recovery rate.
The highest rate of Corona cases across the country was recorded in Diamer. The positivity ratio reached 21.43 percent in 24 hours in Diamer.
The positivity ratio of the coronavirus cases is 6.71 percent in Peshawar, 5.38% in Lahore, 4.17% in Gilgit, 4.17 percent in Skardu, 3.27% in Karachi, 3.23 percent in Mardan, 3.13 percent in Nowshera, 2.86 percent in Mirpur, 2.78% in Faisalabad, 2.48% in Abbottabad, 2.06% in Swabi, 1.94 percent in Islamabad and 1.43% in Sargodha.
