After a lapse of a decade, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Monday started allotting 7,000 residential plots in three sectors to allottees whose allotment was pending for the last ten years, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, these plots were allotted in E-12, C-14, and I-12 sectors of Islamabad. 2.257 plots were allotted in E-12 sector, 558 in C-14 sector, and 4500 plots were allotted to owners in I-12 sector.
Capital Development Authority displayed all the details of plots on its website. The allottees can obtain their allotment letter through an application on One Window.
On June 17, 2026m the engineering wing of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) requested the unit concerned to start the process of handing over possession of plots in the three new residential sectors.
The engineering wing through an official letter informed the director estate management about the plots which are ready for possession in the C-14-, I-12 and E-12 (partial) sectors. The letter pleaded for early start of handing possession of ready plots stating: “Allottees are pressing very hard for getting possession of their plots.” The letter also carried details of ready plots in the three sectors.
